What are my shipping options?
All products ship ground, free of charge to the continental United States using UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, or LTL carrier, depending on the weight of the product. We apologize to the fine folks of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, but we have to charge you shipping. Regardless of shipping method, you will get a tracking email once your order ships. You can check your order status by logging in to your account. 
 
How quickly will I receive my order?
All in stock orders ship same day as long as we receive the order by 3pm CST. To get your products to you as quickly as possible, we will ship from one of our 14 warehouses closest to your location. Generally, you will receive your order 1-3 days from the day we ship it. We also offer a variety of next day and 2nd day options if you need the product right away.

Do you ship to international locations?
Beginning in June 2010, we will offer shipping to Latin America, and in August 2010, we will open our new warehouse in the United Kingdom to support European customers.

How do I return a defective product?
We deal in closeout, overstock, and clearance items, so all product sales are final. And since we quickly sell out of all inventory, we won’t have any replacement stock on hand. Call the manufacturer of the product you bought and give them the warranty information included in the package. You will get a replacement or perhaps even a new model from them.

I changed my mind. Can I return a product that is not defective for a refund?
Sorry, our product sales are final. If you buy something you don't end up liking or you have buyer's remorse, you can sell it on eBay.
